Privacy policy

This policy covers the website mizarmedia.com and the apps published by Mizar Media LLC: Antics, Surplus, and the Loom. Each app may also show its own privacy notice inside the app or on its own site. Where the two differ, the app's own notice is the more specific one.

Who we are

Mizar Media LLC is a small company based in Star, Idaho, USA, owned by Nation Goetter. You can reach us at contact@mizarmedia.com.

This website

mizarmedia.com does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising. It is a static site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance, which we do not use to identify you.

Our apps

Our apps collect only what they need to work:

• Account details. If an app has sign in, we store the email address or sign-in identity you use so you can get back to your own data.
• What you enter. Game boards and calls in Antics, the food, workouts, and notes you log in Surplus, the campaigns and characters you create in the Loom. This data is yours and exists so the app can show it back to you.
• Technical information. Crash reports and basic usage events so we can find and fix bugs. These do not include the content you entered.
• Notifications. If you turn on push notifications, we store a device token so we can send them. Turn them off in your device settings at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show ads or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

Service providers

Our apps run on infrastructure from providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Apple, and Google, and some features use AI services to generate text or speech. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments, and only to run the feature you are using.

Your choices

• You can delete your account and its data from inside the app where that option exists, or by emailing us.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at contact@mizarmedia.com. We answer within 30 days.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to an app's data practices will also be noted inside that app.
